Updates

General fund continuing budget freeze

On Friday, April 18, the nightly refresh will be paused at 6 p.m. Campus units should not submit any general fund continuing budget journal entries after 6 p.m. on April 18. FY25 continuing budget journal entries submitted after April 18 will be denied.��

Anaplan open for FY26 budget planning

We are excited to get Anaplan users into the production environment and off to the races with FY26 budget planning! The production environment is now open for all end-users to begin working.

What’s new with the property disposal form?

Starting April 7, the AssetWorks ReCoup system will streamline the property surplus, transfer and disposal process.��This new electronic asset transfer process will replace the requirement of submitting a property disposal form to dispose of assets.
