Julie deFalco

Happy Spring! As the vibrant energy of the season fills our campus, I'm reflecting on my first year as controller of ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder. It's remarkable to think that my journey, which began as a student here 'many moons ago', has brought me full circle. This past year has been an incredible whirlwind of learning and discovery, and I'm deeply grateful for the warm welcome and collaborative spirit I've experienced.

With fiscal year-end approaching, let’s work together to ensure a smooth close of FY25. The Procurement Service Center has released its crucial , and our office will soon share the ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder calendar and other essential resources.

To support your preparation, we'll offer a fiscal year-end task training session in early May, followed by our annual fiscal year-end town hall in June, where we'll review all necessary accounting tasks and processes for closing your books. Stay tuned to the May and June newsletters for complete announcements and registration details.

In addition to preparing for year end, I’m also excited to announce the return of our popularÌýAccounting 101 series. Whether you're seeking a refresher or a foundational understanding, I encourage you to join this valuable four-part course.

I'm excited to continue building strong relationships and working together to ensure ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder's long-term solvency and success.ÌýWe are here to support you, so please don't hesitate to reach out if our team can assist you in any way.
