Student Grants Guide

When awarded funding, UROP expects students to

Maintain eligible status as an undergraduate at �� Boulder throughout the award period.
Complete all applicable university compliance procedures related to university-sponsored travel, human and animal subject testing, and/or the responsible conduct of research.
Respond to UROP communications in a timely manner.
Maintain communication with their mentor.
Conduct the proposed project to the best of their ability.

The proposal contains inaccurate information, typographical errors, etc.

Either the student applicant or their mentor are not eligible to apply for UROP funding.

The proposal contains personally identifiable information (PII), such as the mentor's name/lab.

The application misses an important campus policy compliance procedure.
