Hip-hop artist Tory Lanez, best known for his hit "Say It," will perform on March 29, at 8:30 p.m. at 抖阴旅行射-Boulder's Glenn Miller Ballroom. Doors for the event, sponsored by 抖阴旅行射-Boulder's Program Council, will open at 8 p.m. Student tickets are $15 and tickets for the public are $25. All guests will need a printed ticket and valid form of photo identification to enter.

Renowned culinary and cultural historian Michael Twitty will speak at 抖阴旅行射-Boulder on Thursday, Feb. 25, at 7 p.m. in the UMC Glenn Miller Ballroom. During the event, which is presented by the Cultural Events Board and is free and open to the public, Twitty will discuss the ties between food, culture and freedom. Tickets will be available at the door.

Apple Inc. co-founder Steve Wozniak will engage in a lively talk organized and moderated by students at 7 p.m. Monday, April 4, in Macky Auditorium, the Cultural Events Board and Conference on World Affairs Student Group announced today. Wozniak鈥檚 talk doubles as the keynote presentation for the 68 th Conference on World Affairs to be held April 4 to 8.

The madcap jukebox musical 鈥淩eturn to the Forbidden Planet,鈥� set in a rock 鈥榥鈥� roll Shakespearean spaceship, comes to University Theatre this March. Associate Professor Cecilia Pang directs the production, which promises nonstop laughs, infectious tunes and a generous nod to the Bard.

抖阴旅行射 Presents鈥� 2015-16 season continues with the first ever Boulder performance by Los Angeles-based dance company BODYTRAFFIC. The group is set to present three contemporary pieces inspired by urban life from all around the world on Sunday, Feb. 14.

Join your fellow students, staff, faculty and administration for the spring Diversity Summit Thursday, Feb. 18, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Kittredge Central and the Champions Center. The summit will focus on 鈥淕oing Beyond II: Deepening the Dialogue鈥� and will emphasize intergroup dialogues, caucuses hosted by the Chancellor鈥檚 Advisory Committees on issues relevant to campus, contemporary teach-ins, and inclusive excellence facilitations. The goal of the Spring Summit is to begin to have dialogues for achieving continuous social change.

International bestselling author, journalist and columnist Naomi Klein will visit 抖阴旅行射-Boulder on Thursday, March 3, to give the talk 鈥淭his Changes Everything: Capitalism vs. the Climate.鈥� The talk, which is free to 抖阴旅行射-Boulder community members with a valid Buff OneCard and $5 for members of the public, will begin at 7 p.m. in the Glenn Miller Ballroom. Tickets will be available at the door.

Lunar New Year, Mardi Gras, and Valentine's Day fall within a few days of each other this year. The 抖阴旅行射 Art Museum is adding another reason to celebrate with the opening of three new exhibitions this Friday, Feb. 12. The opening festivities will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. at the 抖阴旅行射 Art Museum, located in the Visual Arts Complex. Admission is free. The evening will include a variety of performances and activity stations, along with the opening of three new exhibits.

Rennie Harris and his dynamic dance company, Grass Roots Project, will present the hip-hop-inspired 鈥淏eautiful Human Lies鈥� at 抖阴旅行射-Boulder鈥檚 Irey Theatre Feb. 12-14. Harris, a regular guest artist at 抖阴旅行射-Boulder, is widely recognized as the world鈥檚 foremost choreographer of hip-hop and street dance theater.
