All course proposals and revisions are managed through our curriculum inventory management system (CIM). To learn more, see Course Proposals.

All program proposals and edits to curriculum details including program requirements, plans of study and program learning outcomes are managed through our curriculum inventory management system (CIM). To learn more, see Academic Programs.

Once program edits have completed all reviews and approvals in CIM, they’ll sync automatically on the program's corresponding catalog page. (While still pending approvals in CIM, the catalog page will display the most recent previously approved curriculum details.)

  • During the catalog production cycle, please approve both the program's CIM form and catalog page once you’ve submitted any edits to move them forward in queue for the next reviewer(s).

Only the catalog production team has access to modify the catalog's faculty database. To learn more, see Faculty Lists.
