The governance of Recreation Services is a combined effort between a staff of 35 employees and the ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉäSG Joint Board on Recreation Services (known as the Rec Board). Student Recreation Services supports the protection of individual privacy, and is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of personally identifiable information provided by its employees and customers. It is the policy and practice of Student Recreation Services to collect the least amount of personally identifiable information necessary to fulfill its required duties and responsibilities, complete a particular transaction, or deliver services. Student Recreation Services may share such identifiable information with other individuals or organizations that provide services to the Student Recreation Department. The Student Recreation Services requires these third parties to protect the information they receive pursuant to this policy, the University's policy, and applicable law.
