Public Safety Operations encompasses several vital units in the Division of Public Safety, including Events & Emergency Management, Flight Operations and the Security Operations and Communications Centers.Ìý
Operations supports campus constituents during crises and enhances incident decision-making before, during and after events that impact our campus community.
Through information gathering, analysis and distribution, Operations intersects with all areas of public safety, from law enforcement to emergency communications to the security and safety of ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder's students, faculty and staff.

During large events such as football games, as well as other events held at Folsom Field such as concerts, commencement and the BOLDERBoulder 10K road race, which finishes on campus, Operations activates an Emergency Operations Center to provide unified support from campuswide, local and statewide public safety resources.Ìý
