One of the most important lessons we can learn as professionals and adults is to reach out for help when we need it.ÌýThis is not a sign that we cannot be successful or that we are doing something wrong. Everyone needsÌýhelp from time to time and it is a sign of strength of character and fortitude to be able to recognize when we need a little help from people who are trained to help us.ÌýBelow are a number of resources provided by the University or others to support students in being healthy and successful in their studies.ÌýÌý

- Student Support and Case Management: You can refer yourself or anyone you are concerned about at ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä and they will attempt to get in contact, in a low key way. They are a good first point of contact within the university for many kinds of difficulties – financial, health, family, academic etc - serious or relatively minor.
