All eCourses are housed in OCG's Canvas Course andÌýcan be accessed by any ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder staff member at any time. Read the descriptions below to learn more about each available eCourse.
eCourse | Lifecycle of a Sponsored Project
This eCourse is intended for any staff who want basic awareness of how sponsored project administration works at ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder.

This self-paced eCourse for new department research administrators is hosted by the Office of Contracts and Grants and the Campus Controller’s Office and covers pre-award administration, post-award administration and financial management as it relates to sponsored projects. This eCourse focuses on the unique role of a DRA and provides case studies and interactive learning to apply the concepts covered in the eCourse. Upon completion, you will receive SkillSoft credit and a certificate of completion to track professional development hours.Ìý

Is your department acquiring or managing sponsored project property? Are you looking to develop a toolkit of property resources to rely on when you need it? This self-paced eCourse, hosted by the Office of Contracts and Grants, covers administrative topics throughout the lifecycle of sponsored project property and provides participants with the context and resources needed to be responsible stewards of sponsored project property. This eCourse is intended for all staff who use eRA InfoEd to view sponsored project records.
Looking for comprehensive eRA InfoEd training? This self-paced eCourse will cover everything you need to know about using eRA InfoEd at ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder. In addition to establishing a baseline knowledge of how to search for and navigate records in InfoEd, this eCourse also provides tutorials to find specific sponsored project information, such as property records and subaward statuses. Upon completion, you will receive SkillSoft credit and a certificate of completion to track professional development hours.Ìý
