Conference Call Information
There are two good options available for conference calls: (1) Zoom or (2) Microsoft Teams.
Below are instructions and links for how to utilize each of these options. If you have questions or would like some help in learning how to set-up or use either, please let Nicole Jenkins know and she will arrange a tutorial for you.
Zoom – Options for both Conference Call and Video Conference
Get Started
All ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder students, faculty, and staff have access to a Pro account by using Zoom's login with Single Sign-on (SSO) functionality. To begin using the tool:
- Click theÌýSign In with SSOÌý²ú³Ü³Ù³Ù´Ç²Ô
- Enter "cuboulder" and click continue
- A browser window will open prompting you for your Federated Identity Service identikey and password credentials. Click Continue.
- This will automatically create your account and log you in.
Please note:ÌýZoom Pro accounts that have not logged in one year will be removed on a routine basis. When logging back in, you will regain access to Zoom Pro functionality automatically.
