Opportunities to get involved

CSI Board

The CSI Board enhances the role of CSI in providing strong support for students and student organizations. The Board works with the CSI director to ensure CSI fulfills its mission of providing programs, events and educational opportunities to enrich the campus experience for the ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder community.

The Cultural Events Board is dedicated to filling cultural voids on campus. We use around $500,000 worth of student fees annually to achieve this mission. CEB encourages student groups who believe they are filling a cultural void on campus to apply for funding.

Distinguished Speakers Board

The Distinguished Speakers Board brings speakers of the highest caliber to campus who will intellectually stimulate the student body and the surrounding community. Ultimately, we hope to inspire people by bringing some of the world’s greatest minds to ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder.

Program Council is a student-run organization that provides affordable, high-quality, face-rocking entertainment and professional event support for the Boulder campus community. For our student staff members, Program Council offers educational opportunities to gain experience and insight into the entertainment industry through scheduling, facilitating and producing events.

Senior Class Council is a group of student representatives devoted to creating and maintaining class identity as well as unifying the senior class. SCC helps keep seniors informed and involved while building pride, tradition and community during our last year as ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder students. Our mission is to bring our classmates together by creating a lasting and unforgettable experience. We want to make ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä a special place that our class will cherish for a lifetime.

Other campus programs

¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉäSG is the official governing body of the nearly 36,000 students at ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder. As the most autonomous student government in the nation, ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉäSG is responsible for allocating over $26 million in student fees to improve the lives of all ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä students.

¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder has a large Greek community with 29 chapters officially recognized by the university, housed under the office of Fraternity & Sorority Life. Membership offers lifetime friendships, leadership opportunities, community service, philanthropy, networking, social events and so much more!

New Student & Family Programs offers multiple opportunities for students to gain leadership experience. Welcome new students and their families to ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder. Support students during their journey as a ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Transfer Buff. Provide small group and one-on-one tutoring.

The Dean of Students Leadership & Values Council provides support, resources and opportunities for our diverse student body to thrive. In addition to sharing ideas, counsel and feedback regarding issues that affect the student body, members engage in leadership development and mentorship opportunities.

Use your time off to make a difference! Site leaders are responsible for planning all aspects of an Alternative Breaks program and receive training to learn about and facilitate the learning of others around the intersectionality and complexity of varied social and environmental issues.

Support ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Athletics in implementing a sustainability framework that focuses on environmental impact, economic resources and social responsibility. Through consciencious gameday operations and stakeholder engagement, we empower all Buffs to have a positive impact on and off the field.

RHA is a student-run organization dedicated to fostering and facilitating a community among on-campus residents, and to promote a safe and comfortable living environment. RHA also provides opportunities for leadership development and training, as well as various programming efforts to focus on advocacy and social justice in the halls.

Seeking students who are curious about what the academic research says about leadership and who want to practice leadership as a ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä student. Pursuing the LSM, you will learn new ways to think about leadership, discover your own leadership strengths and learn skills such as leading project teams, managing conflict, speaking in public and analyzing complex problems. Open to students in all majors and colleges.
