Internship Lodging

If you are participating in a summer internship at ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder or in the Boulder/Denver area, we offer convenient, flexible leasing in Williams Village. You can live with us between the end of May and the beginning of August in ourÌýfully furnished apartments located right on campus. Enjoy the convenience and opportunities of on-campus living with the freedom and independence of an apartment!

Lease Options

Individuals must be at least 18 years old and participating in an internship with ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder or in the surrounding areas (letter of confirmation from program is required)Ìý

Convenient location by Highway 36 makes for easy travel around Boulder or to and from Denver. Plus and bus routes are close by

Welcome to the 2024 Intern Lodging Program registration site for summer housing on the ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder Campus. Interns can stay from May 18 - August 3 in the Bear Creek Apartments. There areÌýnoÌýoptions for early arrivals or late departures. All individuals staying in the apartments must be at least 18 years old, provide proof of internship or academic program, and stay for a minimum of 30 nights.

If you are looking to house a group of interns (10+), billing and contracting will be done through a single contact at your organization. To arrange lodging for your group please contact ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Internship Lodging.

Rent Payment

Room types are assigned to interns based on availability. When you apply you will be asked to list your top room type preference(s).Ìý

Individuals are required to pay a non-refundable $350 deposit that will be applied to theÌýfinal balance at the time of registration.ÌýPlease reach out toÌýinternlodging@colorado.edu if you have questions regarding the differences in room types.

Parking

Parking near Bear Creek is included in the nightly lodging rate. Instructions for sign up will be sent in early May. Because parking space can be very limited on campus, even during the summer months, we encourage all of our residents to utilize the extensive public transportation options, includingÌý. Not to mention, Boulder is a beautiful and easy-to-navigate place to walk!
