How to Contact Us
We have a dedicated support team ready to help you during the migrations. To connect with us you should:
- Use the Live Chat feature on this page (bottom right hand corner)
- Live chat with our support team is open 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Off-hours: submit your question through the chat interface and we will follow up the next day.
Confirm Your Status
A required step that needs to be completed by Wednesday, Nov 20 at 11:00 a.m MT. with one of the following:
- Confirm launch for Nov 21; or
- Request Extension #1 of migration review
- No response by 11:00 a.m. defaults to launch on Nov 21 starting at noon.
For extensions
If you want more time to work on your site, you will be able to request that on Nov 20 by 11am. To do this, you select Extension #1 on the confirm status form and from there you will have from Nov 21 through Dec 5 to continue to work on your migrated site. We'll email you on Dec 2 to remind you that your site is scheduled to launch on Thursday, Dec 5
