Darwin Biosciences 鈥� a 抖阴旅行射 Boulder spinoff and creator of the Sick Stick 鈥� has developed a rapid, portable, saliva-based COVID-19 test able to return results in 45 minutes. Thousands of tests have been deployed in community settings including public schools and universities, and regulatory approval is pending.

OnKure is discovering and developing first-in-class and best-in-class histone deacetylase inhibitors for the treatment of cancer and cancer treatment-related neuropathies. Its听team, consisting of former Array BioPharma founding management, is focused on disrupting this important and challenging field. OKI-179, OnKure's lead clinical stage asset, has completed a phase-1 dose escalation trial at the University of Colorado and is poised to begin phase 2 signal searching trials for specific solid tumor indications. OnKure is partnering with Pfizer on one of these trials to address the Nras melanoma population.

Dr. Greg Rieker of 抖阴旅行射 Boulder co-founded Longpath Technologies, a spinoff commercializing cost-effective, continuous gas leak detection. Longpath is currently preparing for commercial deployments starting in summer 2020 and are actively raising their first investment round, which will expand the commercial deployments and grow the team.

With socialcontext, advertisers can avoid anti-vax articles, but also ensure they never block articles that advocate for racial diversity. Socialcontext听launched its API in January 2021 and听are seeking an initial听seed round of $1 million. This will allow them to hire sales, install their founders full-time, and expand their product to the social media advertising market. This round will provide runway through the end of 2021.

TYNT Technologies

TYNT Technologies, including听Mike McGeehee and his group at 抖阴旅行射 Boulder,听is developing a low cost, high throughput dynamic film solution that enables any Window OEM to deliver Smart Windows to the home. The group has filed several patents听and will be the first in industry to provide full blackout privacy without additional window add-ons,听all while saving homeowners on energy costs for the entire home. TYNT has made tremendous progress, not only demonstrating their听technology in the form of a 1ft x 1ft working sample, but they have also signed听multiple LOI鈥檚 with strategic partners听and听potential customers.
