- This January, eligible faculty and university staff are receiving a 4% pay increase. At the ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Board of Regents meeting in April 2024, the regents approved the 4% compensation pool for ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder employees.
