Within minutes of a "safety alert" message about a sex assault in the Norlin Library being sent, 抖阴旅行射 staff recognized the suspect and called the 抖阴旅行射 Boulder Police Department. Shortly after 5 p.m. Thursday, 抖阴旅行射PD arrested suspect Lamin Njie.
