The end of the semester is just around the corner and spring is in full swing! This month brings fitness classes, casino nights, AAPI Heritage Month events, film screenings, ticket giveaways, College of Music concerts, finals prep, craft nights, career development workshops, the Campus Sustainability Summit, graduation events for seniors and more.

Join for accessible stretching and body-balancing neurological experimentation in community with others who are sober-curious and health-affirming! All bodies, abilities and gender expressions are warmly welcomed. Please wear comfortable, elastic, layered clothing (warm up/cool down) for full freedom of movement. Bare feet will work best. Modifications for different abilities will be abundant.
