The 抖阴旅行射 system administration, in collaboration with 抖阴旅行射鈥檚 four campuses, University Risk Management听and the Procurement Service Center (PSC), have all agreed that, effective immediately, employee international travel will return to pre-COVID-19 protocols.听
As before the pandemic, employee international travel still requires approval prior to booking in Concur as .
Requests for approval will go to the traveler's HR supervisor or speedtype approver and to the international travel approver/officer for the traveler鈥檚 organizational unit (a dean or unit-area vice chancellor), said Danielle Brunner, assistant vice chancellor for Academic Affairs budget and finance, who supports the high-risk, international travel process for 抖阴旅行射 Boulder.
Brunner said a list of high-risk destinations鈥攁s identified by University Risk Management in collaboration with the campuses鈥攚ill, as before the pandemic, require additional review and campus approval. That subset of countries in travel requests will automatically route the request to the appropriate campus delegate for approval鈥攊n 抖阴旅行射 Boulder鈥檚 case, the Office of the Provost.
鈥淚 appreciate the compliance and cooperation with the pandemic requirements that our faculty and staff have demonstrated over the past two years,鈥 said Provost Russel Moore. 鈥淚 know we are all looking forward to resuming travel on behalf of our scholarship, research and creative work, and we want to ensure that travel is as safe as we can make it.鈥
