This weekend brings the ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Climate Justice Workshop, a free HIIT workout class, CluelessÌýfilm screening, Buffs After Dark: Cycle like it’s 2012, virtual concerts and more.

Self and community care is always important—and that feels more true now than ever. Swing by the Center for Inclusion and Social Change office toÌýpick up a self- and community-care package.Ìý

This workshop will explore principles of justice, equity, diversity and inclusion, intersections between climate and social justice movements, how to identify and address white supremacy culture and inequity in sustainability and climate advocacy efforts. Discussion following will focus on strategies for how ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder can take bold action for climate justice and next steps for students to lead planning efforts.

Take a 30-minute break today and participate in a mindfulness activity. This guided meditation can undo stress, soothe the nervous system and help you feel relaxed and revitalized. All are welcome, and there is no need for past experience with meditation. Registration is required.

Free Friday Power Hour

Come get your body moving before the weekend and join the Rec Center’s Free Friday Power Hour fitness classes. Today’s class is Fitness Court HIIT, where you’ll use a variety of outdoor equipment, including box jumps, agility ladders, rings and pull-up bars. Don’t forget to save your spot.

Come meet new Buffs and enjoy a unique version of bingo with the Center for Student Involvement. Play bingo-themed challenges with different groups of students during the first part of the event, and then experience the traditional form of bingo.
