From Monday, Nov. 23, 2020, to Friday, Jan. 8, 2021, ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder faculty, staff and students with a Buff OneCard can bring their immediate family/members of their household to participate in the campus surveillance monitoring program. All participants must be asymptomatic and arrive at the testing site accompanied by their immediate family/member of their household with a Buff OneCard.

From Nov. 30 to Jan. 8Ìýthere will be four sites available, Monday to Friday. All testing sites will be closed from Dec. 24 to Jan. 3. Hours of operation will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at all sites:

Surveillance monitoring tests are free to ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder Buff OneCard holders’ immediate family/members of their household. Buff OneCard holders must be present at the time of the test and have their Buff OneCard with them.

Notification

If the laboratory finds signs of SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19) in the household’s sample(s), information will be sent to the ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder card holder’s email address. There will not be a notification if the laboratory has not found signs of infection.

¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä surveillance monitoring

The surveillance monitoring program provides a saliva-based PCRÌýtest that looks for signs of SARS-CoV-2 among asymptomatic individuals. The test is not diagnostic and cannot medically determine if a person is positive or negative for COVID-19.Ìý
