Join this in-person mat Pilates class to experience the benefits of breath work and isolated movement, including increased stamina, muscle strength and endorphins. This class is inclusive for all ranges of mobility and has many exercises that can be done from a seated position. Instructors for this class can adapt movements to fit anyone's ability level. No experience necessary!

Out in STEM Symposium is oSTEM at Boulder's free event where students can meet LGBTQ+ STEM students and professionals. There will be talks, workshopsand break-out sessions. This event was originally scheduled for Oct. 3.Learn more and register.

Join others who want to try climbing for a fun-filled morning of Bouldering. Get basic climbing instruction, while connecting with other novice climbers. Pre-registration is required as spots are limited.
