Black Love Skate

In partnership with the National Society of Black Engineers, attend this Inclusive Rec event to skate and meet other black students, meet student leaders of black studentclubs, and embrace Black Love by inviting a date (date optional). All are welcome to participate and experience the culture. Skate rentals provided for free.

Adaptation Urbanism with Andres Duany

This workshop, led by Andrés Duany, focuses on urban design ideas and adaptation plans to help planners, designers and city officials address climate change and related natural disasters. LGBTQ+ and Allies Yoga and Waffles

11:30 a.m. to12:20 p.m.Rec Center, Mind Body Studio
Join this event for all-levels yoga that will use welcoming language and education around the physiological changes that occur in the body while practicing yoga. Practice yoga sequences like sun salutation and seated meditation and learn how to use movement and breathing patterns to dispel negative thoughts. There will be free waffles for participants to enjoy at the end of class!
