It’s time to fall back from daylight saving time to standard time this Sunday morning at 2 a.m., when clocks are turned back one hour. But don’t get stressed over it. According to Professor Ken Wright, director of ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder’s Sleep and Chronobiology Laboratory, falling back one hour to standard time is actually good for us.
