Pac-12 Fitness Challenge coming Oct. 24-28

It's time to prove ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder is the most active campus in the Pac-12.ÌýFrom Oct.Ìý24 through 28, log your minutes of physical activity online and watch as we take the crown from Stanford for the first time in sixÌýyears!

The Pac-12 Fitness Challenge is a conference-wide initiative promoting regular physical activity.ÌýThe challengeÌýis simple: the university with the most activity minutes logged throughout the week is crowned the Pac-12 Fitness Challenge Champion.

How to participate:

  • Beginning Monday, Oct. 24, .
  • Record up to 120 minutes of physical activity per day through Friday, Oct.Ìý28.
  • Keep an eye on ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä’s minutes compared to other schools in the Pac-12.
  • Lead ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä to victory by motivating your friends, family, co-workers and other supporters to join in. Every minute counts!

Plus, for the duration of the challenge,ÌýRec Center access andÌýfitness classes are freeÌýfor students, facultyÌýand staff with a Buff OneCard.ÌýClasses range from 45- to 60-minutes long, and all skill levels are welcome.
