This week we want to bring awareness to the issue of sexual assault on college campuses around the country. Sexual assault is a horrendous crime that needs to end. Look out for those around you and make sure your friends, sisters, brothers, colleaguesÌýand fellow students get home safely. It is time to act. It ends with us.

¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Student Government has been collaborating with other student governments throughout the Pac-12 to take a group stand against sexual assault on our campuses. By standing together, shoulder to shoulder, we are stronger. is a video made by your student governments addressing the issue of sexual assault on our campuses. This past Monday, Oct.Ìý17, marked the first day of the University of Colorado Boulder’s 2016 October It’s On Us Week of Action partnership. It’s On Us is a national campaign to end sexual assault. It’s On Us aired a video during this past Saturday’s homecoming football game. To learn more about It’s On Us, click and take the pledge to end sexual assault.

Throughout the week there will be events for students to learn about sexual assault, ways to prevent it, and how to take action against it. ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Student Government will also be tabling thisÌýweek in the UMC. Stop by and learn more about the issue of sexual assault on our college campus.
