Excited students and eager parents traveling to ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä-Boulder in packed cars for freshman move-in days will be greeted by ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä faculty and staff on Aug. 18 and Aug. 19.
The new freshman class will move into residence halls on Aug. 18 from 8 a.m. to noon and Aug. 19 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Informational tents will be set up to answer questions and provide directions in Farrand Field, Kittredge Commons and Darley Commons. An informational table also will be set up in Sewall Hall.
¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä 200 staff and student volunteers will be on hand to help students and parents unpack cars and carry boxes. These ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä ambassadors will wear special gold shirts and share their knowledge of the campus when greeting the new freshmen.
Campus student groups assisting with move-in days include volunteers from the Greek system, Student Organization for Alumni Relations, Campus Crusade for Christ and Alpha Phi Omega.
¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä-Boulder Staff Council members will assist in recycling used cardboard boxes.
