Paul R. Houle serves as the assistant vice chancellor for student affairs, leading the Sustainability, Dining, Events Planning and Support team. His passion for creating the best guest experiences comes from his formal training as a chef, with hospitality remaining a critical component of his work.��

With Campus Dining Services, ���������� Boulder’s “kitchen table,” food and nutrition is integral to our students’ success. Paul aims to enhance the student experience by viewing dining as not only a need for sustenance, but as a part of the holistic approach to our students’ education and lifelong learning. And with the University Memorial Center, our campus “living room,” Paul’s goal is to create and maintain a space that all students feel is their own—whether students visit to study, meet with friends or engage in any of the numerous activities throughout the building.��
