Program Framework

RIO Faculty Fellows wordmark

The bulk of this opportunity is in the work that fellows will do during three intensive retreats throughout the year, and monthly informal cohort meetings and one-on-one professional coaching sessions. Successful candidates must commit to attending all three retreats in their entirety.

Please note:

  • We recognize that some candidates may have family or dependent care needs; we will work with selected candidates to help accommodate these needs. We believe strongly that family situations should not be a barrier to joining.
  • We plan to hold these retreats in-person. In the event that we can't be in person, we will hold them in a virtual format.
