Faculty & Staff Announcements
- As a reminder, we will be retroactively applying grade replacement for students retaking eligible courses under the temporary grade replacement policy adjustment. For students who retook an eligible course in Summer 2020, Fall 2020 or Spring 2021, we'll complete this processing by May 14.
- Our records indicate that it's been three or more years since you passed the ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä: FERPA online training course. To retain your ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä-SIS access, you must retake this course and obtain a score of 80 or higher.
- Under a new two-year tuition assistance benefit pilot program, eligible ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder employees taking undergraduate or graduate courses may register seven days before the start of the semester.
- After over 31 years of service in the Office of the Registrar, Marina Maestas is retiring! Please help us bid farewell to Marina by signing her retirement card.
- The following report is now available in the general folder for use by colleges, schools and academic departments.
- If you added a student to a COF-eligible class after census, your last day to petition for COF funding for that student is Thursday, April 29.
- Web grading opened on Tuesday, April 27. This webinar will provide an overview of the web grading cycle, address frequently asked questions and demonstrate the web grading process.
- Now that grade rosters have been created, Spring 2021 late adds must be submitted using a change of record form, which requires college approval and the student's final grade.
- Effective July 1, the reporting structure for the Office of the Registrar will change from the Division of Strategic Resources and Support (Enrollment Management) to the Division of Academic Affairs (Academic Planning and Assessment).
- After over 27 years of service to ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder, Lisa Vialpando is retiring! Please help us bid farewell to Lisa by signing her retirement card.
