We sent this email at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2024, to ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder faculty, staff and temporary employees.

Dear faculty & staff,

Nondegree faculty and staff can register for ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder Main Campus classes at the start of open enrollment, beginning 12:01 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 19.

Degree-seeking employees and student dependents using the tuition assistance benefit can register and waitlist during the .

Note: The  no longer requires employees wait to register until seven days before the start of the semester to use the benefit. Please be aware there may be other registration period requirements that you will need to honor.

Your Next Steps

Complete the following tasks by the dates indicated:

  1. Submit your tuition assistance benefit application in the employee portal by 11:59 p.m. on Sept. 15 (). Review the and carefully.
  2. during your registration period.
  3. If you're an in-state undergraduate, complete the by 5 p.m. on Dec. 12, and by 11:59 p.m. on Dec. 18.

If registering for courses at another ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä campus (Denver, Anschutz or Colorado Springs), please adhere to the academic calendar and registration dates for that campus.
