Your College Opportunity Fund (COF) stipend can't be applied to your bill because the first name you provided to ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder doesn't exactly match the first name in your COF application.
As a reminder, COF was created by the Colorado Legislature to pay a portion of total in-state tuition for eligible undergrads. There's no limit to the number of students who receive it, and you never have to pay it back.
