For more information about this event or to request an information session for your department/unit, contact Noah Geisel, Micro-Credentials Program Manager.
Did you know that programming you've already developed can be a micro-credential? Or that any unit on campus can propose micro-credentials to recognize, name and credential learning and achievement for all learners?
Attend the ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder Micro-Credentials Micro-Symposium on Friday, April 7 from 9:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. to learn more!
The event will feature morning refreshments, a boxed lunch, four rapid panel sessions with changemakers already leading in innovation and a keynote with Ruthanne Orihuela, Director of Credential Pathways at the Colorado Department of Higher Education.
From students to staff and even community members, micro-credentials allow us to recognize our learners’ assets and empower their access to opportunities.
This micro-symposium will focus on opportunities to inspire your creativity and fast track your journey with proposing micro-credentials. We look forward to supporting your innovation and creativity with everything from bundling curricular & co-curricular components into meaningful recognitions, to identifying sub-specializations within certificate and degree programs.
Thank you to our sponsors: CTL, University Libraries, University Libraries, Division of Continuing Education, Academic and Learning Innovation Offices and the Office of the Registrar.
