All postdoctoral associates and postdoctoral fellows should have received an email on September 19 around 1:20pm to complete a climate survey. Please take 15 minutes to complete this important survey!

This survey addresses the social and professional environment for postdocs at ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder, and includes questions about community, culture and safety, as well as career development, job satisfaction and programming. The results will be used by campus leadership to improve the ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder postdoc experience. All answers are confidential.

Completion by October 8 will enter you in a drawing to receive one of four $250 Visa gift cards.

As a result of the previous survey, OPA implemented five-year term limit guidelines, increased programming around non-academic jobs and launched a peer mentoring program.
