You are receiving this message because ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder has received the COVID-19 vaccine and our records indicate you are due for your second dose. Second doses of the Moderna vaccine are given at least 28 days after the first dose.
Drop-in second dose appointments will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Sustainability, Energy and Environment Community building 4001 Discovery Drive, Boulder, Colorado as follows:
- Thursday, May 13 from 9 a.m. to noon and 2 to 2:30 p.m.
- Friday, May 14 from 9:30 a.m. to noon and 2 to 2:30 p.m.
To streamline the drop-in appointment process, ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder recommends reserving parking in lot 556 ahead of time here: .

What to bring to your drop-in appointment
- A mask/face covering will be required at all times.
- Bring personal identification. You may be asked to show your employer-provided name badge/credentials (such as your Buff OneCard), or personal identification such as a driver’s license.
- Your CDC COVID-19 vaccination card will be required to receive a second dose.
What to expect during your drop-in appointment
- Vaccine appointments typically take approximately 30-60 minutes, although wait times may be longer for drop-in appointments.
- Once you receive the vaccine, you will be asked to wait in an observation area for 15-30 minutes, depending on your medical history.
If the drop-in appointments don’t work for your schedule
After May 14, ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder will pause on holding mass Moderna vaccination clinics for the summer. There may be opportunities for individual vaccine appointments through Medical Services if vaccine supply is available. If that occurs, you will be notified by email. ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder faculty, staff or students can also attend community vaccination sites during the summer.
