Registration opens for AI conference on campus
Titled “Explainable Artificial Intelligence: Can We Hold Machines Accountable,” this conference will advance the state of knowledge surrounding AI for multiple constituencies. That includes private sector firms that are actively developing artificial intelligence systems, governments and policymakers who are navigating possible regulatory approaches in this area, academic entities who are studying this space, and the public at large.
Session titles include: “What Problem is AI Explainability Supposed to Solve,” “Explainability in CS Versus the Law,” “Comparative Legal Approaches to Explainability,” and “Explainability: A Way Forward?”
General registration is $40 now and $60 after May 2. students, faculty and staff can register for free. Walk in registration is welcome. The Colorado School of Law is located at 2450 Kittredge Loop Road on the Boulder Campus.
