At this morning’s monthly HR Liaisons meeting, it was announced that in efforts to standardize across ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä campuses, along with the new FAMLI leave policy that went into effect on January 1,Ìý2024, HRSC will no longer be completing leave audits for ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder employees effective January 12, 2024. Any audit requests that have been sent to the HRSC prior to 1/12/24 will be completed by HRSC Coordinators. Resources will be provided on the HRSC website starting the week of January 15, including a leave audit calculator template for those departments that wish to utilize this for checking their employee’s leave balances. Departments will track and provide these balances toÌýHRSC in the event of a termination or if a leave adjustment needs to be made. A new form has been created for departments to request these actions for staff and research faculty employees. HRSC will enter the terminations, leave adjustments, and any needed leave payouts into the system upon receipt of the completed form.
