Details
- Due Sept. 15 for university staff, classified staff, and research faculty. Final submission deadline.
- The new Classified form can be found on the HR website, Classified ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder Planning and Evaluation form
- If your department uses Cornerstone, begin tracking evaluation completion and missing evaluations in Standard Reports > Performance Review Step Status Report

Evaluation Submission
Cornerstone (electronic submission)​â¶Ä‹Â The final performance evaluation can be initiated, reviewed, and submitted via the Final Performance Evaluation Task​â¶Ä‹
- Resources to assist are the as well as utilizing the support team by submitting a help ticket to HR Cornerstone Support​â¶Ä‹
- Note: The Classified final evaluation workflow begins with Supervisor Review > followed by Reviewer Sign Off > followed by simultaneous Supervisor sign-off and Employee Acknowledgement​â¶Ä‹â€‹
​Manual paper process​â¶Ä‹
- Paper evaluations need to be submitted by campus mail or electronically via DocuSign. ​â¶Ä‹â€‹
- Please reach out Jennifer.E.Myers@colorado.edu and Jane.Slauson@colorado.edu for approval to send a few expectations through DocuSign. Please ensure to CC both Jenn and Jane to the DocuSign routing to ensure that scores will be uploaded into HCM, and the final evaluation will be uploaded to the employee personnel file​â¶Ä‹
Unique Cases
- For Employees on approved leave during the evaluation submission date, please complete the evaluation with a proposed score, and work with Cornerstone help ticket to push the task through the self-evaluation and final employee acknowledgment step.
- When EE returns from leave, please have an evaluation meeting, and work with ER if the evaluation and or score needs to change. ​
- For employees hired after the performance cycle ended (7/1 or 8/1) but before 9/1/24, please confirm they are meeting expectations and marked as eligible for merit in the role by the hiring unit, as a completed evaluation is not available. This can be done via the Anaplan compensation planning tool when it becomes available on Oct. 15.
