Thank you for joining us yesterday to learn more about the next steps in the HR Blueprint Project. I am excited about the opportunity to transform the way we deliver HR services across campus.
As HR practitioners, we partake in this work because we have a passion for helping others. That same passion connects us to our teaching and research mission at Boulder. We have some of the finest minds in the country here on our campus, and it is the work of the HR team, our team, to ensure they see Boulder as a place where they can grow and thrive in their careers.
The Feasibility Assessment results have shown us that we have numerous strengths, as well as opportunities for further growth and development. While change may not always be smooth, the HR organization we aspire to become is well within our reach. This is our moment to seize it, and I invite you to be a part of this journey.
We have shared an form that will stay open through the end of today, June 11. Please complete the form if you want to join one of the Horizon 1 HR Blueprint Project working groups. If you are not selected for a working group, we will find other meaningful ways to engage you.
George Bernard Shaw said, “Progress is impossible without change; and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.” Now is the time to let go of the obstacles of the past and set our minds towards the future. I know this team has what it takes to succeed, and I look forward to being on this journey with you all.
If you have any questions, please reach out; my door is always open.
