Join the ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Staff Mind/Body Challenge in WorkWell Connect!

Between the end of the fall semester and the beginning of the holiday season, this time of year can feel busy for many of us. Balancing physical activity and restorative practices, like meditation, can help you calm your mind, relax your body and stay grounded.
 
To help achieve this balance, we invite you to participate in the Mind Body Challenge through WorkWell Connect. You can for tracking physical activity and completing short Guided Meditation Sessions from Nov. 18 through Dec. 15.
 

Quick steps

Step 1: Claim your account at  

Step 2: Download the Wellable app for Apple (AppStore) or Android (Google Play)

Step 3: When you sign into the app, don't type in the username/password on the first screen; be sure to tap the Azure AD button to link your IdentiKey and Password to the app. 

Step 4: You can connect the Wellable app to your Apple Health (activity/steps tracker) app to automatically receive points in the challenge. There are also options to connect to other workout tracking apps (Fitbit/Strava/etc.) through the "Connections" tab within the app.
