Global Sustainability Scholars Fellowship is Accepting Applications

The Global Sustainability Scholars Fellowship is accepting applications between January 15 and February 28, 2020. The Global Sustainability Scholars (GSS) Fellows Program offers a 10-week paid professional training experience with a Sustainability Organization for young professionals and/or graduate students from under-represented groups. This program aims to bridge young professionals to career or graduate school.

How it works: GSS Fellows are embedded within an international sustainability research project for 10 weeks during the summer months. Fellows are paid a stipend of $8000 for their full participation in the program. Fellows will engage with international sustainability researchers and stakeholders working on cross-disciplinary research that addresses sustainability issues in the food, water, energy nexus in urban environments. Site locations will be either Wilmington, US or  Stuttgart, Germany. Project descriptions for the Summer 2020 fellowships are available here.  Fellows will have the opportunity to serve as mentors to GSS Scholars in some sites.
