Volunteer and Network at Water For People Fundraiser

RMWEA is still looking for volunteers at the Water For People fundraiser golf tournament next Tuesday, June 20th. The tournament is located at Fossil Trace golf course in Golden, CO.

Volunteers are needed to help with registration, lunch, and on course games including Par 3 Poker and Closest to the Cooler.

By volunteering at this event, you will have the opportunity to network with professionals in the water/wastewater industry in a comfortable and informal setting that is unlike any career fair. Networking is so important, no matter what stage of your education you may be in. If you're still in school, you'll have the opportunity to meet professionals and learn about different companies, while building your network. This is a great way to get internships and jobs in the future. If you're a graduate student or recent graduate, come to get to know your new peers! These are people you'll see around at events and conferences in the future. There are countless reasons why building a network is so important, why not do it while enjoying a beautiful course and supporting a good cause?

If you would like to help out, please email Tasie Cooperman at meco4841@colorado.edu ASAP!
