Health & Wellness Resources
The college values health and wellness as reflected in our CEAS community wellness values statement. This webpage includes resources intended to assist you.
Meet Our College Liaisons
¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder colleges and schools have access to dedicated teams of liaisons from Counseling and Psychiatric Services, the Office of Victim Assistance and Health Promotion.
Liaisons are integrated into academic settings in order to support student success and increase education, access, awareness and support within colleges and schools. College liaisons also help provide consistent and shared health and wellness messaging and programs.
Resources for StudentsÂ
Counseling Psychiatric Services (CAPS), Office of Victim Assistance and Student Support and Case Management are working together to address the needs of students. They are working to pull in additional resources and work with partners to expand support. There are a variety of types of counseling that provide critical support to our students.
24/7 Support

AcademicLiveCare (ALC) is a free telehealth platform that allows students, staff and faculty to schedule and attend mental health and medical appointments from home, the office or wherever you are on the go.
Speak with a clinician any time of the day or night and schedule same-day crisis appointments by calling 303-492-2277.
Informal Consultation
Let’s Talk is a free service where ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder students can check in for an informal and confidential consultation with a counselor. No appointment is necessary, and it is offered both in-person and virtually. Students are seen on a first-come, first-served basis.
Let’s Talk counselors can help provide insight, solutions and information about additional resources. Students commonly visit with concerns about stress, sadness, worry, relationships, academic performance, family problems and financial struggles.
Please note: This service is not a substitute for formal counseling and does not constitute mental health treatment.
Let’s Talk is especially helpful for students who ...
- Aren’t sure about counseling or wonder what it’s like to talk with a counselor
- Aren’t interested in ongoing counseling but would like the perspective of a counselor
- Have a specific problem and would like someone with whom to talk it through
- Have a concern about a friend or family member and would like ideas about what to do
