Jen Crum leads global marketing and communications for all human resources programs at Microsoft and serves as communications director for the company’s mental health working group. Prior to her current role, Crum led marketing for talent recruiting and artificial intelligence innovation at Microsoft, worked at advertising and digital agencies in Boulder, and began her career at Carmichael Lynch working on the Harley-Davidson brand.
In addition to her role as a CMCI Advisory Board member, Crum co-teaches branding/marketing at ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder, volunteers with OUTBoulder, and does SpeakingOUT panels for local schools.
