Meet Sarah Maronick, one of our new Graduate Assistants at ASSETT and the CTL! Sarah is a first-year master's student in the Linguistics Department at ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä. She formerly taught Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education (CLDE) and specialized in teaching reading for students with dyslexia in Aurora, Colorado. Prior to that she taught English as a foreign language in South Korea. She is passionate about global leadership and spoke at the Global Changemaker workshop in Washington, D.C. and will be attending the Global Village on the Move Leadership conference in Istanbul, Türkiye in November 2024. In her free time, you can find her running, climbing, swimming, knitting, playing board games with friends, learning new languages, and blogging on her BuffsCreate website!
