As a leader you want to be fair, but how do you balance different aspects of fairness like merit, need, and seniority? Join us for an interactive decision-making simulation facilitated by visiting professors, Chris Bauman and Maia Young (UC Irvine)! Light lunch provided.

This activity will also be offered as a component of the CESR Sustainability Bootcamp. Registration for the bootcamp is not mandatory to participate in the workshop.
